Rental Damage Agreement

By renting from Plan B Rustic Outdoor Events & Party Rentals, the customer agrees to take full responsibility for all rental items during the rental period.

All items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.

Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items while in their possession. This includes damage caused by guests, weather exposure, misuse, or improper handling.

Damage & Replacement
If any item is damaged beyond repair or not returned, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost of the item. Minor damages may be subject to repair fees.

Use & Care
All rental items must be used for their intended purpose only. Items should be protected from excessive dirt, food damage, weather conditions, and unsafe use.

Cleaning
Items must be returned in a reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning required due to misuse may result in additional cleaning fees.

Agreement
By submitting an inquiry or confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
